Even though it is a medium, it runs very small, so it fit me with a 32B/C. My cousin tried it on for her wedding, but she is a D or DD and it was too small in the bust. It should fit someone who is 34" in the bust as long as they don't have large breasts.

@politicalgurl Hi Rosie! The waist is approximately 31" and the hips are about 40". It would not fit anyone with a large bust though. My cousin tried it on for her wedding. She is a 36DD and could not button it. I am now a 32B after losing a few pounds and it is now huge on me in the chest. So would probably fit a 34-36C best.
