The neckline area is 11in across and gets wider for the the loose fit bohemian look. Underarm to underarm measures 21in laid flat. It one of the most flattering and most comfortable dresses I've worn.

@kathymom Oh, I'm actually certain it will fit. I sold my other medium in person to a friend who is "busty" and thought she would need a large. She tried on the medium and it fit perfectly.
