@fever4fashion this dress is not sheer, I just tried one on yesterday so let me give you the bust measurement too! It seems to run a tad bit loose in the bust area. Medium measures 21 3/4" arm pit to arm pit. Length is 35" front, 37" back. Smalls bust is 19 3/4" with the same length.
