It runs big medium across is about 23-24" flat across almost like a poncho style but it's actually a tunic !! Let me know if you would like me to measure anything else . If they run large I'll get a medium but I've ordered the before I just can't member what five as long as it leaves off the shoulder and comes in the waste a little in a comfortable cute but I'm a 34 D D chest so if I need to go large so it falls off the shoulder I will thank you
