bre5743 @poshmarkresale The 130 is the arm length, the other 2 numbers may be on the inside of the nose piece. Mine are 50-18-130 the 50 is the size of the lense, the 18 is the nose piece size & the 130 is the total length of the arm clear over your ear. The 50-18 is printed on the inside of the nose piece. Hope that helps, it's hard to see sometimes but it should be there.
