Beautiful one-shoulder teal and silver formal dress with rhinestones on strap! Padding in bust, empire waist, and long, flowy formal skirt. This dress is gorgeous and comfortable for prom or a formal affair. Worn a few hours for a formal wedding, it is in near perfect condition with no snags. The hem is slightly dirty (pictured), because it's so long it brushes the ground. Rhinestones are all intact, too.
