when you say medium, do you mean wrist size or 5 vs 7 mm? I didn't know that they came in different sizes. I know I wear a small in most bracelet brands if they are sized

@aldarose2468 hey. DY medium is the wrist size. 5mm/7mm is the width of the actual cable bracelet. It's an adjustable bracelet so obviously a little bigger is prob better than too tight.
