thyling @marthaloviee ... you mean size 18 would fit to S8ze XL.... I can't tell if the same size. Just measure your Waist and Bust to make sure. Size XL 32 in Waist, 36 in Bust. The dress can stretch a little bit. Hope it helps. Thanks!
