sharonbateman @hthomas203 Yes definitely. This is true to a size small plus the waist and the lace stretches so even a small medium could fit I do believe. As far as length.. Im sure it will still touch the floor and then some as the length is 61"

sharonbateman @missmarypete ALrighty waist measures at 24" and the hip measures around 30". After the waist it starts to span out and get flowy. The waist is elastic so it stretches pretty pretty good!
