Great casual dark navy broadcloth skirt. Button close front patch pockets - front zipper - back flap pockets - top stitching and double belt loops with polka dot fabric tie. 16 1/2" flat across top of band to sit below waist. Length 17". Excellent condition

@debbiedisney hi Debbie - please see pic 4 with Talbots pants over LOFT skirt - Loft skirt is about an inch wider across waist - but I think LOFT skirt is meant to sit lower and not at waist.
