I'm interested in buying, and I'm a size 6. Is this oversized and 35 laying flat? or all the way around?

@theprincess_s I had described the measurements by what the manufacture listed. But I just laid it flat myself, and measuring from seam to seam under the arm is 21" across, so that would be approx. 42" all around. The length from under the arm is 18" My daughter is your size and it fits nicely. It is meant to be a little oversized.
