Most times, the item gets to the destination within 3 days, however i've had some random disappointments with them. @trendythelma ty for getting back to me so quickly. I'm nervous it will not fit. I measured myself and it was more of a 10 by yer measurements but my the Ann Taylor loft pencil I already hv it's a solid 6. So I just don't know.

@larkgenevieve I advice people to pick their sizes based on their white house black market size.White house black market clothes run a bit bigger than other brands. Also, keep in mind that this skirt stretches a bit. That's about all i can say, the decision is up to you :)
