This dress has a loose fitting sheer top over a tighter under top hooked with a tight skirt. There are a few snags as seen in the pictures above on the under top. Some stitching coming out where the sheet top and undershirt come together at the shoulder (as seen in picture). Black tops with black & white striped skirt.
