@kriley309 It does stretch, the elastic is pretty sturdy. I am adding pictures so that you can see it closer. This is NOT genuine turquoise or silver. I think the turquoise beads are ceramic, two of the silver ones are plastic and the channel set beads are metal. Nothing that would tarnish.
