The measurements for the Small are 12 inches across with an elastic waistband that stretches out up to 16 inches and the measurements for the medium are 13 inches that stretches out up to 18 inches. I'm modeling the small in the photos and I'm about a 24-25 if that helps 😊Please let me know if you have any other questions! Xo 💕
