I tried setting the time and the nob fell out completely broken. I was passed the 3 day return because when my daughter received it on Dec. 14, she wrapped it up for Christmas

shanleylauren17 So obviously you are ignoring your product. You know exactly what happened, the order number and you sent a broken Michael Kors watch. If I don't hear back from you today, I am going on every sight you are registered on for selling like Tradesy and mamy more and writing reviews. I have had it. I got one gift for Christmas and it was from your inventory and it's broken. I have contacted the better Business Bureau and you will be hearing from more people than me.

You sold a broken watch to a 17 yr old girl for her mother's Christmas gift. Thank you for a great broken gift. I can't use, we're out the money. What goes around comes around. Firstly, I looked up the watch and when I sent it to you it was nothing wrong with it. I look over and check all my products before sending them out. You don't get very far in business by screwing people over ma'am, not to mention it's not right.

albanian_doll @shanleylauren17 Secondly, you said you contacted Posh about this issue, so if there was even a slight chance I was at fault they would've contacted me and given you a refund for it. I don't know how it happened and I'm sorry it did, but you can take the watch to a Watch Station store and show it to them and they'll send it to Fossil Headquarters for repair free of charge, and you'll have the watch back in the mail within a week or so.
