poshtessa@moonmama3 Also,because the skirt is fairly full I think the folds you see that may looks like gathers or puckers is how it falls from the waist given the skirt fullness, and depending on the size of your hips, will look less full at the waist. You can enlarge the photos to see the waistband in case helpful 😉
