@mariahmoore Happy Mothers Day!🌷 I would suggest an XL or XXL depending on your legs. If your legs are larger at the top, then I would go with the XXL so u don't have that cording effect. If your legs are smaller, then I think you'd be fine with the XL.

@ln123456 It is a molded cup. Doesn't have a "shelf". The padding is uniform and is the thickness of the top. If I had to estimate, I'd say about 1/4"-3/8" thick.
