@pammalla Hi Pamela!! On the 8P the bust is 18 1/4" and the 10P is 18 3/4". I measured them laying flat. There is some give to these dresses as the material can stretch a bit, yet it still holds everything in. Hope that makes sense! It's a great dress and so much prettier in person! Oh, it will probably be too tight around the chest. I'm a 38D and I really don't like them to be too tight. It is so pretty as are all the brightly colored dresses you have listed. @virago
