polkadot mini skirt

Black and cream colored. Lined with a black underskirt. Has zipper and hook closure. Size small but gots xs best. I wear it high waisted in pictures. I usually wear a size 24 Jean. I am also 5ft 3-4. (note: top also for sale, check listings)
