ruffleandlace @emi929 1x is 23" laying flat. The material on these is very stretchy and it actually hugs you just right. Do you mind me asking what size you normally wear?

ruffleandlace @emi929 Oh ok. Well these tops are actually perfect for you then because the bottom part sits fitted. If you want it to fit like on the model you can do the 1x, I think it would definitely work for you, if you want it a little more loose fitting, you can go with the 2x. Hope that helped. 💕
