bellaedge@designer3000609 I wear between 8/10 and the Large was comfy with a bit of wiggle room. The Medium is more fitting bodywise and I believe your chest will fit into it too with a bit of cleavage (which I'm sure you're used to). It also has V-wiring at the middle of the chest piece to keep its shape and give you a little lift. You'll love this!
