Lace Overlay strapless NWOT

Lace Overlay strapless dress. NWOT - never worn! Crocheted cream lace overlays a bright coral liner. Has pleeted ribbon detail at waist that is only across the front. Back zipper. Lace/liner have a little stretch, waist does not. Had silicone anti-slip strip around the top of the bust. Size indicates XL, but it runs super small. Please refer to measurements below.
