I'm actually interested in buying this same dress from another user (it's used so I can get it a little cheaper from her) but I see in your modeled picture the skirt doesn't really pleat as well as the advertisement one does. Is there a way to do that or is there like tulle underneath the skirt?

kendranangle @yourstrulytayy_ I'm 5'1 but it being 2 pc makes it great for any height. Top is 15" armpit to armpit, 14.5 from shoulder to bottom. Skirt is 18.5" long and roughly 13.5" flat across to of waist
