closetgems2 @lizzydavis123 it's a matter of ground elevation and proximity to rivers and creeks. We have lots of rivers that are overflowing, some parishes south of Baton Rouge getting the floodwaters today as the water moves towards the Gulf of Mexico and or Mississippi River.
