vanessa_03 @ablail the top is hard to measure because it is open but the bottom is 18 inches (right above the piece that ties) but since the bottom ties i think the top can fit most sizes. The shorts are 15 inches across laying flat and are 14.5 inches long. There is a zipper in the back.
