Feel free to return my package without opening it, and you will be refunded your money from poshmark. You can reject the sale and print a free return label.

sandraannlouiseI should not have to read the fine print on something that is titled 16 shadows for $100. It is false advertising. In my opinion if you could not update the listing, you should not have decided to sell 2 separately. You did get greedy! I will definitely post a review on all social media about your site.

I don't mind not getting only 14 eye shadows, except that I was paying $100 for $16. Please refund me for the 2 other eye shadows that I am not getting. Thank you!

lolo4484@sandraannlouise hi, I had already updated everything including my price, but the listing would not let me change the number of Shadows. As you can see in my listing it says sold next to the 2 colors that were already purchased. The $100 price is for the package deal of 14. If I was charging $10 each as I do for individual shadows, it would be $140.

sandraannlouiseI understand your frustration, but the issue you have is with the site, not the buyer. Clearly by your listing, you advertise 16 shadows for $100. It is not my fault that the site would not allow you to update the listing. I expected to pay $100 for 16 as I was getting a great price for buying in bulk. You got greedy and decided to sell 2 separately because you could get more money. That is NOT how you do business. I strongly urge you refund me the $20 you made on the shadow you advertised.
