Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 15 inches armpit to armpit is 21 inches waist is almost 19 inches length is from shoulder seam to hem 54 inches. These are all taken laying flat. I am an xl/1x. The large fits me fine except in the chest (38DD) life struggles 😜 let me know if I can help with anything else 💕

It is semi sheer. I have not tried on small is all I have left and never thought to try any on before so I don't know how much it will flow. It is light weight. The small measures 53 inches from shoulder seam to hem. Hope that helps😊
