Black and sparkly glam a-line prom dress

Black a-line prom dress with ruching and sparkling beading and gems over the bust with a bead and gem design in the center. The straps feature the beading and gem detail, and the lower back adds drama! The skirt is gathered in places, with a burst of gems at each part. This is actually a size 12, however it FITS LIKE A SIZE 8 dress, so the brand runs small. I bought this from a wedding boutique, and it has bra padding sewn in. Only worn once and has been hanging in a garment bag ever since!
