sweetbliss22 @nina_double_g to get the the bust measurement I measure from armpit to armpit. For instance the small measures 20 inches in the bust laying flat. That means this dress has a maximum chest measurement of 40 inches. So if someone was a 40DD I'd suggest a larger size. What size bra do you wear?
