tanyasuez @tracyambrose196 Hi Tracy, yes they are!! The width at the largest center part of the footbed is 3 3/4". The center part before the heel is 2 1/2" heel area also 2 1/2". Tie area 2 1/4". I'm sure you could stretch them with newspaper. I have done that many times before when I needed to.
