1-the tassels slide and are not fixed in place.
2- the length of the wrap is 22" long.
3 - I am always open to reasonable offers. Please use the offer button to discuss pricing.
4 - the distributor listed this item as genuine leather. I assume that it is. It appears to be to me.

@freakygirl Yes. It smells and feels like leather. The packaging does not state that it is genuine leather but it is manufactured overseas (designed in USA) and that may be the reason for the confusing packaging. It comes wrapped 3 times, like the picture. When wrapped 3 times, the inside diameter is 2-3/8"

@freakygirl The tassels cannot be slipped off because the ring upon which they hang is smaller than the magnetized braclet clasp. If you wanted to remove them, though, I think you could gently bend the ring to take them off.
