@inharmoney9 I'm assuming the pair you have are not high waisted. These are high waisted, so the measurements are more true to your true waist size. It sounds like #3, the size 27 will be a good fit for you. I am a true size 26, and those shorts are a little big on me - so they should be good for you :)

@jenangel89 I️ would suggest 27! I️ am a size 2/3 and wear a size 26. Your most accurate guess would to measure your true waist! The measurements are true to size
