@pohainuuhiwa hello! Large is 20.5" across, the sleeve itself is 9" around, length is 20". Medium is 19.5" across, sleeve is 9" around, length is 19". The elastic is VERY stretchy and actually still very comfortable because it's quite a loose elastic. I've had great reviews on this top 😊
