What size would these fit best?

The pants are medium. I am typically a medium but I am also extremely disproportioned. Waist wld be fine for me (about 28"). I had a problem w/the hips. I think a size 6 -8 wld be ideal. Hips prob 37"-40". Depending on the look. Hope this helps 😕
