wade1953 @magpie29 bust from pit to pit lying flat is 17 1/2" although this garment has excess folds so may fit a bit larger. No stretch to fabric. Waist is elastic and stretched maximum is 18" lying flat (not stretched at all is 11"). Shoulder to hem is 35". Hope that helps. Barb
