tarynkkay@hannahkautzman Hi Sweetie😊 It won't be too big for a Size Small but without knowing your actual bust measurements I can't tell how it will fit you. The bust measures 14 inches across which is 28 inches total so if you want to measure around your bust and compare with those measurements that should help you decide:) There is also a 2 inch stretch so it can for bigger than 28 as well❤️
