@lsbessler I kept the medium and I'm a size 8, but it is quite large on me (I like it for lounging so I wanted it to be baggy). I've had women who were a 10/12 buy the large and say it was a little big on them, so I think you would be ok with the M if you're not looking for something really loose. Hope that helps! :)
