@tfriese it's 18" while completely zipped up! There are two layers of zippers though so it can be zipped looser or just worn open as well ๐

@schwiftyfashion Hi! Thanks for your questions ๐ it is 23" from top to bottom, the waist is 18" while zipped flat, and the sleeves are 5" lasted flat at the wrist and 6" at the bicep area. Let me know if you have more questions!
