@ericagaitan it is almost 13 inches across the waist. The back band has stretch and the front is flat. Probably get another 2 inches from that. 29 inches long in the front and 42 inches long in the back as its a high/low hem. 100% rayon. Says machine wash cold. Line dry. If you need anything else let me know!

@gardengirlblue so sorry it took me so long to answer. It is about 15 inches normally. Stretched its about 17.5 to 18 inches. I raised the price and will drop it again in a few mins. In case you want to take advantage of the lower shipping.
