rosegoldlining @skdaiseyk it's 100% Rayon. It's definitely not stiff, but I'm not sure soft is the right word either. It's a somewhat stretchy fabric with a lot of flowy movement. I hope this helps!

I am guessing to the xl would be longer but I don't want it to make look bigger either cuz sometimes I go up in size and then it makes me look bigger ya know. Omg that would be great on the belt!
