prisdominguezHey I bought a necklace by accident. It was meant for my girlfriend but she broke my heart. She doesn’t want anything to do with me I’d like a refund and please do not ship the item.

Sep 03Reply

mkfrazee@prisdominguez I think you need to cancel the order on your end.

Sep 03Reply

mkfrazee@prisdominguez sorry - Poshmark doesn’t seem to allow canceling or returning a purchase. I’ll be shipping the necklace tomorrow and the advice of Poshmark was that you relist and sell yourself.

Sep 04Reply

prisdominguezThey told me to have you cancel the order on your end and if you have any other issues to contact them.

Sep 04Reply

prisdominguezI’m just really trying to resolve an issue and I’d prefer to just have the funds reverse especially if the item hasn’t shipped

Sep 04Reply

prisdominguezPlease I prefer you to not ship the item out yet so we can work on getting the refund by Poshmark. I don’t want to be left with an item especially when I’ve tried multiple times to cancel and receive the refund.

Sep 05Reply

mkfrazee@prisdominguez I was able to cancel. You’re all set

prisdominguez@mkfrazee thank you so much

amerakiI’m sorry you’re dissatisfied with your purchase but those boots are not “dirty”.. prior to shipping I cleaned and conditioned both boots completely. Feel free to reposh them.

Jan 08Reply

amerakiI also stated they were excellent gently used condition. I’m not sure why the low rating? I never once stated they were brand new or like brand new.
