@sarahmalaria not home right now but they are stretchy and the waist band really is not tight. She is modeling the small and is normally a juniors 5 or 27 so I think you'll be fine w the small.

@savmancz kind of hard to say. Just because idk where you usually shop I feel like all stores brands run differently. I would say these are a true to size small. So if smalls are sometimes loose on you then these may be too big. But if smalls fit then you should be fine. I mean they're a tight stretchy legging.
