It's Very Deep & Wide Banded...so it Rotated Freely Around my Head & Almost Over my Eyes! This Hat Wasn't Cheap. Tag Prices are Not USA. zev4u_lexx_luvr @firstsightlove But it won't fit you if you are smaller than I am. It fits a medium or larger head because it is really deep.
