bewitchedboutiq @mumbiidreve . The waist part of the shirt is 18" the arms are 6.5" from the armpit. The length of the arms from shoulder to the end of the sleeves is 23" but it hands off the shoulder a little . I hope this helps a little better. The material does have a little stretch to it also
