25th_elm @alissa_jo hi there thanks for your purchase! I don't have the exact ratio to sizes but do have the measuremts there. My best suggestion would be to get a pair of pants that are similar and measure the waist and then match that against the measurements listed here. I can try them on quickly and let you know what I think if that helps. I'm a size four.

25th_elm @alissa_jo yes it's very stretchy! I think the small would work but if you wanted them a bit looser then maybe a medium but I think the small shou,d be a good fit 😀
