Brand new in packaging. Retail. Super cute and trendy for summer with the pineapples and pom-pom detailing. The shorts themselves do not have sizing in them but the packaging does. I'm typically a medium in most bottoms and the mediums fit me perfectly. The band is very stretchy, allowing lots of room. Since these are white & a little sheer, nude or white underwear would be needed to wear these. Medium bottoms unstretched are about 13". Would be perfect with a navy top and some sandals!

gabbys_boutique@kamatuszwski these are unbranded. for sizing it would be best to measure a pair of workout shorts you own (something with a stretch) these are 13" unstretched. They are a stretchy material. Im typically a medium in nike and Victoria secret shorts/pants and the mediums fit me comfortably
