loopholer I guess I have to say at least they're more like a hanger then because this woman is making it look like the dress make her look frumpy she's not moving her body right because I know how to do it is not that hard to make the dress flow correctly you move your body in certain contorted positions she's not moving your hips are or the dresses night really poorly and scrunched up in areas around her hips I don't know it's going on there. Looks like she's got scoliosis a little bit

loopholer Just like planks and basically tightening your muscles and taking a deep breath. You know that the male lion doesn't run or exercise buddy Jacked as all get out well that's because he stretches in Full body motion all day and holds in position. Plus then you're not putting any pressure on joints/injuries, you're working your small twitch fiber muscles around small joint so your building areas. I wish I would practice what I know!!! 🤓

We also got the call that my step mother in law is not going to make it and they will be taking her off the machines. My sister in law (husbands sister) is not doing well either. cajt62 @jenacollins hi Jena, thanks for spinning buy! Ok here are the measurements and I took them lying flat and relaxed. Med: pit to pit is 16 1/2" and approx. waist is 22". Large: pit to pit is 18 1/2" and approx. waist is 21". I did the best I could figuring out where the waist would hit but I'm 5" 10" so I'm sure are waists would hit differently if that makes sense.
