sgfashion@tgayle08 Hi there! I'm glad you're interested in this beautiful dress! It is currently one of my favorite pieces listed. This item is made in sizes small, medium and large. I find that due to the elastic bands, the size small can also fit an XS. Since you indicated being able to fit a small or medium, I would recommend a medium, however measurements have been posted above as well. Hope this helps!
