cj262@cjackson3078 Hi!! Sorry for delay thanks for your patience. These are an oversized tunic with slot of stretch to them. They measure arm pit to him Medium is 23" and Large is 24". Bust is roughly laying flat 25" on Medium and 26" on Large. Hope that helps. Thank you!💕
